The drive up was beautiful. Fall foliage starting to peak (not quite there yet though) with beautiful mountains framing the highway. As soon as I arrived into Hanover though it was cold, dark, and windy. Really looked like it was going to rain. We were delighted that by the end of the session we had warm golden sun, and even a faint rainbow!

The on going joke of the day was that they only needed five good photos. Just five. Then when their smile muscles started to fatigue they knocked it down to just three good photos. Well, of course I take many more fantastic images than that, but to run with the joke I one up’d them and said I’d give them SIX good photos! So here you go Christen and Nick, SIX photos ;-) Enjoy!

So naturally it is VERY exciting for me to be able to go up and visit again while working to capture the spirit of lake living and lake partying!

Their wedding reception was held at the Lake Sunapee Yacht Club, a stunning location.
