Lindsay gave me permission to post her emails of praise that she sent to me over the past month. Both were sent after blogging her images (the sneak preview) and then sending her the link to the entire image gallery. I have to admit, while I love a good round of accolades, what I really love is making a couple fall in love with their wedding day all over again when they see my creatively captured images.

Thank you to Lindsay and Greg for having me share in their amazing day! I had such a blast with them!
And thank you, Lindsay, for sending me these emails that made my day(s).

I didn’t notice you on the dance floor at all (clearly based on my moves!) Glad you stayed til the end, we love Edward Sharpe. [note: last dance song was 'Home']

We cannot say more positive things about you and your photo’s…we are in love! And I can’t stop looking at your site…it is a slight problem

Lindsay + Greg’s Wings Neck Road wedding in Pocasset, MA (Cape Cod)

Perfect weather, the beautiful Boru Estate on the water, and two families that were so animated it was an absolute blast to be a part of their day! A special shout out to Chef Roland’s Catering for the most amazing food. And to their DJ for mixing it up like a NYC club. (Details for both vendors to come).

Caroline + Mark at The Wianno Club on Cape Cod

The lovely, historic Wianno Club in Osterville, MA was the reception location for Caroline and Mark’s seaside wedding. The ceremony took place at St. Andrew’s By-The-Sea in Hyannis Port where Caroline’s grandfather played a major role in the ceremony and marriage of Caroline and Mark. It was absolutely grand, his words touching and powerful.

Lindsay + Albert at the Wequassett Inn, Cape Cod

Lindsay and Albert had a very intimate wedding of just 12 guests. Ceremony took place on the beach at the Wequassett Inn and an delicious afternoon dinner table was set up in the Twenty-Eight Atlantic restaurant. Before dinner Lindsay and Albert’s family changed into their Korean costumes which were absolutely stunning.

Nantucket on a rainy day

This weekend I went to Nantucket to shoot with a fabulous photographer friend of mine, Zofia. I have never been to Nantucket (gasp) so it was a great excuse to see the island and my photo pal. Of course, it rained almost the whole time I was there, thanks to hurricane season.

The below images were shot with my camera on the ground. Yup, in the wet grass! I wasn’t looking through the lens at all, so it was really fun to see what I had when I got home today. These are my favorites from the burst captured:
